Love Saves the World review

by on Apr.30, 2012, under Uncategorized

I’m back from the Chicago conference, and thrilled to find a review of Ruined by Rumor on Love Saves the World–which, by the way, is probably my all-time favorite name for a romance review site. I hope someday I get to meet the reader/reviewer/blogmistress, Tin, because she gives the most thoughtful and detailed reviews, and I want to print and frame the one she gave Ruined by Rumor. Her final verdict? “I really, really, really enjoyed reading this book — and I enjoyed being transported to Everett’s Derbyshire.” Click here to read the full review.

Spring Fling Conference

by on Apr.26, 2012, under Conference news

I’m heading to Chicago today for the Spring Fling Writers’ Conference. I’ll be at the book signing in the main ballroom on Saturday, April 28. Unfortunately the problems at Dorchester mean I won’t have any copies of A Tryst With Trouble to sign, but I will have postcards from Carina for Ruined by Rumor, and there’s a coupon on the back for a book discount. Do stop by–I’d love to see you there!

by on Apr.19, 2012, under Uncategorized

I’m at Romancing the Past today, blogging about the beautiful Maid of Buttermere, the real-life regency victim of a heartless seducer. Click here to learn why her husband wasn’t really her husband.

And the debut of Ruined by Rumor is only a month away. It’s one of two regencies Carina Press will be releasing May 21, along with Elyse Mady’s The White Swan Affair. Carina is currently featuring Elyse’s book cover on its Facebook page as part of its Cover Thursdays.

Update: Carina is featuring my cover on their Facebook page today. Click here to have a look. Let’s hear it for Cover #2!

Pinterest inspiration boards

by on Apr.09, 2012, under Uncategorized

Well, April 1 has come and gone, and as you may have noticed, Dorchester did not supply booksellers with A Tryst With Trouble. Watch this blog for updates on the book’s publication status.

In the meantime, I’ve updated my widget to the right with my new debut book, Ruined by Rumor, which will be out May 21.

And, finally, I’ve created Pinterest boards for each of my books, completed and in progress. If you’re interested in viewing some of the images that inspired Ruined by Rumor, go here.
